I have been a Certified General Contractor for over 35 years, as well as a Board Certified Trial and Construction Lawyer. I am certified as a Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court and have participated in hundreds of construction related mediations.

Over the past twenty years I have experienced first-hand the frustration of pursuing claims in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums. I can say without qualification that the system doesn’t work and there is no effective program in place to efficiently manage construction disputes…until now.
